% 08.01.2018 Despite service, respondents No.3 and 4, the parents of petitioner No.1, are not present.

By this petition, the petitioners seek protection as they are major and have married contrary to the wishes of respondents No.3 and 4. Copy of the Aadhar Card showing that both the petitioners are major has been placed on record as Annexure-A (colly).

Since both the petitioners are major and have married of their own free will, the petition is consequently disposed of directing the SHO concerned to ensure the protection of the petitioners through beat staff and in case of any specific complaint, action be taken in accordance with law. Order dasti.
