The present application has been filed on behalf of the Plaintiffs and Defendants jointly.

It is submitted that the matter has been amicably settled vide Oral Settlement dated 02.04.2024 pursuant to which all the parties have agreed to divide the property and the assets in the manner stated in the Memorandum of Understanding pursuant there to Defendant No. 2 has handed over 2 Bank Drafts of Rs.1,25,00,000/- each to the plaintiffs and one Bank Draft of Rs.1,25,00,000/- to Smt. Bimlesh Tandon.

It is submitted that the present Suit may accordingly be disposed of in terms of the Family Settlement.

The Plaintiffs and the Defendant No. 1 and 2 are present in person and endorse that the Settlement has been arrived at voluntarily and they undertake to remain bound by the Settlement.
