O R D E R

% 21.03.2018 The proposed Arbitrator has filed his disclosure statement in compliance with Section 11(8) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Having perused the same, I see no impediment in confirming his appointment as a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes that have arisen between the parties. As directed earlier, the arbitration shall be held under the aegis of the Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC). The arbitration and the fee shall be governed by the Rules of DIAC.

The petition is allowed in the above terms.
