% 14.11.2017 Learned counsel for petitioner submits that connected issue was listed before the Division Bench today and the Division Bench in LPA No.515/2017 has accepted the recommendations of the respondent/DGT who proposes to set up a Committee to examine the pending applications; the DGT has informed the Division Bench that there are 663 applications which are pending with the DGT and the same shall be processed in the timeline which has been laid down by the Division Bench. In case the application of the petitioner institute is not a part of the said 663 applications the present application of the petitioner institute nevertheless be considered by the Committee set up by the DGT.

Petition disposed of in the above terms.
