% 21.08.2017 Counsel for the petitioner states that the impugned movement order has been cancelled and the petitioner has been asked to report to Battalion No.102, which is presently stationed at Salugurda, Baikunthpur, West Bengal. Counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the instructions, the petitioner is satisfied with the present movement order.

In view of the statement made, the writ petition is rendered infructuous and is disposed of.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not been paid for some period.
