% 03.11.2017 CRL.REV.P. 562/2017 & CRL.M.A.12333/2017 The present revision petition under Section 397/401 Cr.P.C. read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed challenging the order dated 18.7.2017 whereby the learned Special Judge, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, has dismissed the appeal against the judgment dated 8.12.2016 passed by learned Metropolitan Magistrate in complaint case No.48999/2016 wherein the petitioner was convicted in offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.

Leave granted.

The revision petition and the application stand dismissed as withdrawn.
