The petitioner has impugned the interim order dated 28.07.2017 passed by the Central Government Industrial Tribunal - I/Labour Court, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi in ID No. 93/2014. 2.

Ms.Nishtha Chaturvedi, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.Vikas Mahajan, CGSC for respondent no.1, submit that the final award has been passed by the Industrial Adjudicator, which has been challenged by the petitioner in WP (C) 2638/2018.

In the circumstances, this petition has become infructuous. The same is disposed of accordingly.

In view of the above, the applications being CM No.27208/2017 and CM No.45495/2017 also stand dismissed.
