CM 36915/2017 (direction) & CM 36914/2017 (O. 1 rule 10 CPC) The petitioner has filed the present application in the above disposed of matter being aggrieved by the manner in which respondent no.2 is defending the petition: Shiv Kumar Singh vs. Union of India : ARBTN Pet. No. 361/2017. The applicant states that the respondent no.2 is voluntarily suffering an interim order under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and the same has adversely affected the petitioner's interest.

The prayers as framed by the petitioner cannot be granted and the application is accordingly dismissed. However, this Court requests the concerned ADJ to dispose of the ARBTN Pet No. 361/2017 captioned Shiv Kumar Singh vs Union of India as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of three months from today.
