CORAM:
HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE INDERMEET KAUR
O R D E R
% 09.08.2017 The result of the petitioner is yet awaited. He has applied for the confidential result but not obtained the same. The petitioner had ranked 763 in the LLB Entrance Examination. He had qualified under the OBC quota. Contention is that in spite of him having been successful in the round of counselling, he has not been given admission in the LLB course. Learned counsel for the respondent points out that the petitioner till date has not placed before the competent authority his result of the first year and the second year B.Com. The respondent is unaware as to whether the petitioner had qualified (as per the rules) entitling him to admission; even assuming that the result of the third year is
awaited, it would be necessary for the petitioner to file the result of his B.Com first and second year. The petitioner is directed to give his first year and second year result (of B.Com) to the respondent; accordingly he be granted a provisional admission in the LLB Course as per his rank; this would be subject to his producing the final result of B.Com which is yet awaited.
On the petitioner submitting the necessary documents to the respondent; the respondent will take up his case and process it as per rules.
Petition disposed of.
