% 16.01.2018 By this petition the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No.69/2015 under Section 308 IPC wherein the victim was respondent No.2. A status report has been. As per the status report the victim was allegedly injured by brick blows and suffered grievous injuries. Further the history sheet of the petitioner has been prepared and has been kept in Bundle 'A'. The petitioner is involved in three other cases. Considering the nature of allegations and that the petitioner is involved in other cases, this Court finds no ground to quash the FIR in question on the basis of settlement.

Petition is dismissed.
