% 09.03.2017 The petitioners are present in Court with their counsel. Respondent No.3 is also present in Court. He states that he has accepted the marriage of the petitioners and he is not extending any threats to the petitioners The petitioners are satisfied with the said assurance and they state that presently they do not have any threat perceived from the private respondent. In view of the aforesaid, the petition is disposed of at this stage.

However, in case the petitioners receive any threats from the private respondent, it shall be open to them to approach the SHO concerned, who shall address their grievance expeditiously.
