state that in pursuance to order dated 27" March, 2017, before the worthy Registrar General it has been agreed that a sum of Rs.3,46,69,078/- be retained in this Court in terms of decree dated 17'" July, 2015 and all balance amount be released to Karmyogi Hotels and Buildcon Private Limited. 2.

It is ordered accordingly.

The Pay Order be handed over to the counsel for Karmyogi Hotels and Buildcon Private Limited.

4.

The sum of Rs.3,46,69,078/- be kept in a maximum interest bearing account.

With the aforesaid, the execution petitions stand satisfied and are disposed of.

The counsel for Pradeep Kumar Khanna states that since Pradeep Kumar Khanna and Karmyogi Hotels and Buildcon Private Limited have been able to amicably resolve the aforesaid issue, to avoid any further litigation about the amount lying deposited in this Court, Pradeep Kumar Khanna and Karmyogi Hotels and Buildcon Private Limited be referred to pre-litigation mediation.

The counsel for Karmyogi Hotels and Buildcon Private Limited states that she has no instructions in this regard.
