3. Learned counsel for the Revenue accepts notice and states that if a time bound direction is issued it would be complied with.

4. It is, accordingly, directed that refund order be issued within four weeks from today and the refund amount, along with the interest due thereupon, be paid directly to the Petitioner's account within two weeks thereafter.

5. In the event that the Petitioner has any grievance with regards to the

Revenue's compliance with the above directions, it would be open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
