O R D E R

% 29.11.2017 Respondent no.2 is mother-in-law of petitioner no.1. Petitioner nos. 2 to 5 are relatives of petitioner no.1. Matrimonial disputes between the petitioner no.1 and her husband had led to the present incident which resulted in registration of FIR No.70/2012 under Sections 451/380/427/354/323/120B IPC at police station Shakarpur, on the complaint of respondent no.2. All the disputes between the petitioner no.1 and her ex-husband, namely, Bimal Bhushan are stated to have been settled vide Memorandum of Understanding dated 4th June, 2014, which has been signed by the respondent no.2. Subject matter involved in the present FIR has also been settled.

Respondent no.2, who is present in Court and has

been identified by SI Shri Gopal of police station Shakarpur, submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioners of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. She has no objection in case FIR is quashed. It is noted here that FIR No. 450/2013 under Sections 406/498A/34 IPC was lodged by the petitioner no.1 against Bimal Bhushan and his family members at police station Shakarpur and has already been quashed by this Court vide order dated 18th December, 2015 passed in Crl. M.C. 4326/2015.

Keeping in mind the facts and circumstances as detailed above, in the interest of justice, aforementioned FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
