O R D E R

% 22.08.2017 It is submitted that petitioner and respondent nos. 2 and 3 have settled their disputes amicably, therefore, FIR No. 733/2015 under Sections 354/506/323/34 IPC registered at police station Hazrat Nizamuddin on the complaint of respondent no.2, may be quashed. Petitioner is nephew of respondent no.2; whereas respondent no. 3 is daughter of respondent no.2. Respondent nos. 2 and 3 are present in Court and submit that they have settled the matter with the petitioner with the intervention of elders in the family. They submit that they have pardoned the act of petitioner, thus, they are not willing to pursue the FIR any further and the same may be quashed.

Keeping in mind that a settlement has been arrived at between the petitioner and respondent nos. 2 and 3, who are related to each other, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 733/2015 under Sections 354/506/323 IPC registered at police station Hazrat Nizamuddin and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
