O R D E R

% 05.10.2018 Considering the fact that the learned Writ Court has refused to exercise its jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India finding there to be an inter se dispute between the appellant and his brothers and the statement made by the SDMC that there is no unauthorised construction being carried out, we see no reason to interfere into the private dispute of the parties.

The appeal is, accordingly, dismissed.
