The petitioner has challenged the order dated 5th July, 2017 passed by the District Judge. The petitioner filed an appeal against the order dated 24th June, 2016. The aforesaid appeal was disposed of on 5th July, 2017 when the appellants sought two months' time to vacate the Government accommodation whereupon the learned District Judge recorded their statement and granted them two months' time to vacate the Government accommodation i.e. by 5th September, 2017.
The learned District Judge further directed the Government not to forcibly evict the appellant till 5th September, 2017.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the writ petition to challenge the impugned order passed on the undertaking of the appellants is not maintainable and this petition is abuse of process of law. 3.
At this stage learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition.

The writ petition and the pending applications are dismissed as withdrawn.
