% 18.07.2018 Petitioner is facing trial for the offences under sections 302/364/201 IPC. As per the prosecution, petitioner was living with the deceased in a live in relationship. Petitioner had strangulated the deceased and threw her body in Ghaziabad.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that there is neither any last seen evidence nor anything has been recovered from the petitioner. Only petitioner's disclosure statement is there to show his complicity.

Learned APP submits that location of the petitioner's mobile phone was near the spot where the offence was committed. Trial is underway.

Parents of the deceased have already been

examined. Petitioner is in custody for last 7 years. Keeping in mind the totality of the facts and circumstances of this case, petitioner is admitted to bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.
