The same has been opened for perusal of this Bench. This order is in relation to the directions issued by a learned Single Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No. 9926/2015 titled as "Anjana Bazira vs. School Management of St. Martins LPA 16/2017

Diocesan School & Ors", which was also the subject matter of the impugned order dated 6th December, 2016.

Copy of the said order dated 2nd August, 2017 be provided to the learned counsel for the parties.

In view of the foregoing, Mr. Ashok Chhabra learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant does not press the present appeal. The appeal is disposed off as not pressed.
