Both these petitions are directed against the demolition order dated 24.08.2018, by which the Municipal Corporation of Delhi ["MCD'] had directed demolition of shop Nos. 946 and 1323, Ground Floor, Pan Mandi, Sadar Bazar, Delhi.

The impugned orders were passed on the ground that the property is in a dilapidated condition.

Mr. Ajjay Aroraa, learned counsel for MCD who appears in W.P.(C) 10634/2018, states that the dangerous part of the property has already been demolished.

In view of the aforesaid statement, Mr. S.D. Ansari, learned counsel for petitioners seeks permission to withdraw these petitions. 5.
The petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.

In the event, MCD proposes to take any further actions with regard to the property, it will give notice to the occupants in accordance with law.
