% 10.08.2017 Mr. Rahul Mehra, learned Standing Counsel for the State, points out that the ossification test has been conducted upon Niyab Bano and the opinion of the candidate is stated to be more than 18 years, but less than 20 years. Mr. Mehra also submits that the CWC has handed over the custody of Niyab Bano to her husband, the petitioner herein.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not press this petition. The petition is disposed of as not pressed.
