% 21.08.2017 Petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondents wherein in spite of unauthorized constructions having been carried out in property bearing No.1658A, Bhagirath Place, Delhi no action has been taken. The property is question is mentioned in the prayer clause of the petition. On advance notice, learned counsel for respondent has put in appearance. His submission is that appropriate action has been taken qua the aforenoted property. It is stated that on 22.5.2017 the property qua the basement had been booked; notice to show cause as to why the property be not demolished had also been issued to the owner/occupier namely one Lalit Garg. On 05.6.2017 followed by another communication dated 23.6.2017 Krishan Kumar, occupier of property No.1568A, Bhagirath Place had also been informed to attend
the office of the respondent failing which no further opportunity would be granted to him and the next date fixed was 04.7.2017. Learned counsel for respondent points out that all actions in accordance with law which have been initiated shall be taken to its ultimate goal. This statement of respondent no.1 is taken on record. Respondent no.1 shall be bound by this undertaking. No further orders are called for in this petition.
Petition disposed of.
