1. The Court is informed that the Petitioner is entitled to the Review Medical Board as far as his medical condition is concerned. If the Petitioner makes a request in that regard with the Respondents within two weeks from today, then such request would be considered on merits by the Respondents and acted upon in accordance with the existing norms and procedures, not later than two weeks thereafter.

2. Thereafter, the Respondents to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law by also dealing with the Petitioner's representation dated 18th July 2017 stated to be pending with them. If the Petitioner is aggrieved by such orders, it will be open to him to seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law.

3. The writ petition and the application are disposed of in above terms. The

interim order dated 8th August, 2017 is hereby vacated. S. MURALIDHAR, J.
