By this petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No.667/2016 under Sections 420/468/471 IPC registered at PS Saket on the complaint of respondent No.2, her husband.

A status report has been filed. As per the status report, all questioned documents were verified and found genuine. Hence the cancellation report has been prepared and filed before the learned Trial Court in Saket Courts. 3.

In view of the status report filed, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition any further with liberty to take remedies in case an order adverse to the petitioner is passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate on a protest petition filed if any by the W.P.(CRL) 3050/2018

complainant.
