O R D E R

% 09.01.2017 Present petition has been instituted under Article 226 of the Constitution of India by the mother of Bharti @ Deepu, who is of 23 years of age, seeking her production.

Another status report has been handed over in Court as per which the petitioner and her son along with the Officers of Delhi Police visited Bihar, which is the native place of Manoj, i.e. Village Parsa, PS Ghoghardiha, Distt. Madhubani, Bihar.

It is not in dispute before us that the petitioner has met her daughter but the daughter has recorded her statement wherein she has stated that she has gone to Bihar out of her own sweet will and married Manoj Kumar Yadav on 26.04.2016. We are also informed that Bharti is on the family way.

In view of the fact that the petitioner has met her daughter and the statement recorded by the police, the present petition has become infructuous and the same is disposed of as such.
