The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers: "a) Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction to exclude properties of Petitioners No. 1 to 3 mentioned at Serial No. 4, 5 and 6 of Annexure Ato Complaint No. 25/2018 and 26/2018 dated 27.03.2018 from the said complaints filed by Respondent No.2 before the Special Court (PMLA), Lucknow, U.P.:

b) Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction thereby dropping the criminal prosecution of Petitioner No. 4 herein in Complaint No. 26/2018 dated 27.03.2018 filed by Respondent No.2 before the Special Court (PMLA), Lucknow, U.P"

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings in accordance with law before the Court of competent jurisdiction. 3.
