In view of the moratorium imposed by the NCLT, Mr. Bidhuri, learned counsel for the decree-holder seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the NCLT/IRP with its claims. 2.

Hence, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

Since the decree-holder was pursuing the present petition before this Court and the order of NCLT was only placed on record on 24.05.2024, the period spent by the decree-holder in this Court shall be considered favourably by the IRP.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to revive the present execution petition, if required and in accordance with law.
