% 07.09.2015 CM 18653/2015 This is an application seeking a slight modification of the order dated 29.07.2015, whereby the writ petition was disposed of. The petitioner/applicant seeks deletion of the last sentence of the second paragraph of the said order, which reads as under:- "The petitioner would also be entitled to challenge the rates that are awarded to the new contractor for completing the balance work because ultimately the risk and cost can pass on to the petitioner in case the termination is found to be valid."

We have heard the learned counsel for the parties. Without commenting on the merits of the matter, we delete the said sentence from the order dated 29.07.2015. This application stands disposed of.
