The petitioner seeks regular bail as well as interim bail on the ground that he has to maintain social ties as well as marital ties as his wife has left the matrimonial home.

The petitioner has been in custody in this case since 10th September, 2016 and is in judicial custody in three more cases. The petitioner is involved in as many as 38 cases and is a bad character of PS Amar Colony, South East District.

Considering the allegations in the FIR wherein it is stated that the petitioner fired from his pistol on the leg of the complainant and managed to escape and the involvements of the petitioner, this Court is neither inclined to grant interim bail nor regular bail to the petitioner. 4.

Petition and application are dismissed.
