% 11.12.2018 The learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State submits that in terms of the previous order dated 01.10.2018, protection has been extended to the petitioner. Investigations have also been completed and the petitioner will be kept informed of the progress so far. A copy of the Status Report has been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner. It is expected that the police will complete investigations in terms of the statutory provisions. The complaint dated 17.05.2018 of the petitioner shall be looked into by the SHO of the area concerned with due intimation to the petitioner.

No further orders are required at this stage. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed-off. NAJMI WAZIRI, J.
