On the previous date, i.e., 28.09.2018, notice in this petition was issued. Since respondent no. 2 was not represented, the matter was deferred to today.

Respondent no. 2 today is represented by Mr. Niraj Singh. 3.

Counsel for the respondent no. 1 and 2 say that they have no objection to the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner for extension of time for conclusion of arbitration proceedings. 4.

Record shows that learned Arbitrator entered upon reference on 18.07.2017.

Record also shows that matter is still at the preliminary stage, parties have just about filed their pleadings. O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 288/2018

Ms. Astha Sharma, who, appears for respondent no. 1 says that the said respondent has to file additional documents. 7.

In these circumstances, as prayed, I am inclined to extend the time by another 12 months commencing from 18.07.2018. 8.
