% 04.08.2017 Main grievance of the petitioner (as is evident from the averments made in the petition) that a boundary wall is being constructed around his land; although the representation and appeal has been filed before the Deputy Commissioner, the Deputy Commissioner has not taken up his case for hearing. The petitioner had filed an application before the Deputy Commissioner on 31.07.2017. This court notes that this present petition has been filed on 01.08.2017 i.e., just one day after the application had been filed before the Deputy Commissioner.
