% 02.08.2017 Learned counsel for the respondent no. 2 admits having settled the matter with the petitioners.

He further submits that settled amount has already been received by the respondent no. 2; therefore, respondent no. 2 has no objection in case FIR is quashed.

Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no.2, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 118/2013 under Section 135 of the Electricity Act, 2003 registered at police station Mehrauli and the

consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
