% 08.08.2017 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no.2 have settled the disputes amicably, therefore, FIR No.257/2011 under Sections 420/468/471/411/34 IPC registered at PS Shahbad Dairy, on the complaint of respondent no.2, be quashed.
Respondent nos. 2 is present in the Court along with counsel and has been identified by SI Naresh Kumar. He submits that he has settled the dispute with the petitioners out of his own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion and he does not wish to pursue the FIR therefore, the same may be quashed. A perusal of FIR shows that petitioners and respondent no.2 were having business relations and disputes and differences had arisen between them in respect of the supply of material and payment thereof.
Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the
petitioners and respondent no. 2 and that the respondent no. 2 is not willing to pursue the FIR any further, in the interest of justice, FIR No.257/2011 under Sections 420/468/471/411/34 IPC registered at PS Shahbad Dairy and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
