1. Learned counsel for the Respondents states that the refund claims pertaining to October 2008, November 2009, December 2012 and the second quarter of 2013 will be processed within four weeks and refund orders will be issued. It is directed that the refund amount will be paid directly in the Petitioner's account together with interest accrued thereon not later than six weeks from today. If there is any non-compliance with this order, it will be open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.

2. The petition is disposed of.
