The present matter has already been disposed of by the Hon'ble Court on 14.09.2018 on the basis of settlement between the parties. The original documents of the petitioner were kept in sealed cover by virtue of the order dated 17.04.2017. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the applications are found to be bonafide ones and the same are accordingly allowed.

Let the original documents of the petitioner be released after de-sealing and against certified copies thereof against due acknowledgement as per rules.
