Learned counsel for the respondents handovers a letter dated 26.12.2017 issued by the CISF calling upon the petitioner to report for his review medical examination at the Composite Hospital, CRPF Jhardoakalan on 22.01.2018. Copy of the said letter has been taken on record. Counsel for the petitioner confirms the said position.

In view of the aforesaid letter addressed by the respondents to the petitioner calling upon him to report for a review medical examination, the present petition is disposed of.

In the event, the petitioner's grievance still survives after the review medical examination is conducted, he is entitled to seek legal recourse in accordance with law.
