% 20.12.2016 Petitioner no.1 and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari on 25th January, 2016. Petitioner nos. 2 and 3 are relatives of petitioner no.1. Respondent no.2 is present in Court and admits having settled the matter with the petitioners. She submits that she has received the entire settled amount. She further submits that marriage between her and petitioner no.1 has also been dissolved by a decree of divorce dated 25th October, 2016. She has no objection in case the FIR is quashed. Keeping in mind that petitioner no.1 and respondent no.2 have decided to part ways and have obtained a decree of divorce and that respondent no.2 does not wish to continue the FIR, in the interest of justice, FIR 910/2015 under Sections 498-A/406/34 IPC registered at police station Rajouri Garden

and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
