As per the settlement/compromise deed dated 19th January, 2017 the petitioner has agreed to pay a total sum of `42,87,475/- to the respondent towards full and final settlement.

In view of the settlement between the parties, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition. 4.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Parties shall be bound by the terms of the settlement.
