Contempt Pet. (C) No. 583/2017 The present contempt petition filed under Section 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 is preferred by the petitioner on the basis of order dated 25.05.2012 which was confirmed on 19.03.2013 against the respondent.

Petitioner has relied upon the notice dated 19.07.2017, issued by the Syndicate Bank to Smt. Chanderpati wife of Shri Dharampal. Considering the fact that the petitioner has neither impleaded the Bank nor Smt. Chanderpati as parties to the present contempt petition, this court does not find any ground to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondent. The same is hereby dismissed.
