However, the learned counsel appearing on behalf the petitioner submits that in view of the fact that participation in the tender will not be commercially viable for the petitioner, the petitioner does not wish to proceed any further in the writ petition and the same be dismissed as withdrawn.

We allow this request.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
