By this petition, petitioners seek quashing of the FIR No. 507/2016 under Sections 448/427/34 IPC registered at PS Swaroop Nagar, Delhi on complaint of respondent No.2 and the proceedings pursuant thereto on the ground that parties have compromised the matter. 2.

Since the respondent No.2 was not forthcoming, this Court issued bailable warrants against respondent No.2. Respondent No.2 is present in Court. He states that he had settled the matter with the petitioners but thereafter again the stay order has been passed because of another transaction in respect of the same property by the petitioner and thus in such a situation, he is not inclined to enter into a settlement with the petitioners. 3.

Petition is dismissed.
