% 09.09.2016 C.M. No.21574/2015 (for modification of order dated 20.7.2016. C.M. No.21575/2015 (for condonation of delay) Applicant before this Court is the DDA. He is seeking review of the order dated 20.7.2015. This review is primarily premised on his submission that although on that date (20.7.2015) a submission had been made that an SLP has been filed before the Apex Court, in fact no SLP had been filed and there would be no matter pending before the Apex Court.

This being factual position, this submission is noted. That part of the order dated 20.7.2015 which has recorded this is deleted. As a

necessary corollary the entire paragraph 9 of the order dated 20.7.2016 will stand deleted.

No further orders are called for in this application. Applications disposed of.
