% 06.07.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that as per Annexure C-3 it is clear that respondent no.2 has passed the application of the petitioner in the accreditation meeting and have moved the application to the NCVT/respondent no.1 for affiliation. Learned counsel for petitioner prays for early disposal of his application. Learned counsel for respondent submits that the meeting of the Sub-Committee of the respondent no.1 is scheduled for 18.7.2017 and all expeditious efforts will be made by them to dispose of the application of the petitioner, if the same is transmitted to them and the same is in order, in the said meeting. Petition disposed of in the above terms.
