% 14.09.2017 After some hearing, learned counsel for the appellant confined the relief sought to an appropriate order to the respondent - Directorate of Education that his pension, arrears and future payments should be disbursed promptly. Given that the appellant retired from service on 31.03.2016, the Directorate of Education shall ensure that his claim for pension and other terminal benefits admissible in accordance with law and the prevailing rules are processed and the amounts due, made over to him within four weeks from today. Likewise, the pension fixation order shall also be made and future payment and pension along with arrears of pension, if any, shall be LPA No.721/2016

paid within six weeks.
