% 26.09.2017 This Court is of the opinion that there is no merit in the appeal, given the fact that the appellant was the third party to the disciplinary authority's proceedings.
The Court has been informed that the vigilance enquiry conducted by the disciplinary authority ended on 03.10.2016 and 17.11.2016 pending with the Chief Vigilance Commissioner. A copy of these have been placed on record and also made available to the appellant. Since these have been brought on record during the course of the appeal, it is open to the appellant to make an appropriate LPA 20/2017
representation to the Chief Vigilance Commissioner urging such action as ethics warranted.
However, the appeal is dismissed.
