Since the petitioner was an employee of Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (GNCTD) and disputes are between the petitioner and employer/GNCTD, therefore, it is only the Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi, which will have jurisdiction, and therefore, at the request made on behalf of the petitioner this petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
