% 24.12.2016 Petitioner seeks parole on the ground of attending the marriage of his younger brother, scheduled for 26th December, 2016. Petitioner has applied before the Government of N.C.T. of Delhi for parole; however, application has not yet been decided.
Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State, on instructions of SI Sanjay Khattri, P.S. Uttam Nagar, submits that the factum of marriage of brother of the petitioner has been verified, which is to be held at Village Mandawar, District Bijnor. Keeping in mind the urgency, it is ordered that
petitioner be released on parole for a period of one week from the date of his release, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of Jail Superintendent.
On completion of parole period, petitioner shall surrender before the Superintendent Jail. Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Copy of the order be given dasti to the counsel for the petitioner under the signatures of Court Master.
