% 11.12.2018 Respondent no.2 is present in Court. Counsel for the petitioner has paid settled amount of `35,000/-, in cash, to the respondent no.2 today in Court. Respondent no.2 submits that she has no objection in case Complaint Case No. 1456/1/15 titled Gursharan Kaur Vs. The Grand Venezia Commercial Towers Pvt. Ltd. & Ors., pending in the court of learned Metropolitan Magistrate-03, West District, Tis Hazari Court, Delhi, is quashed.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no.2 voluntarily, the aforesaid complaint case is quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
