% 01.02.2017 The petitioners have married each other out of their free volition but not with concurrence of their respective parents. They apprehended a threat to their life and limb and hence sought protection from this Court. The parents of both the parties are present in Court. Their respective counsel state that all the parties have met in the Court premises and the parents have accepted the marital status of the petitioners and have blessed the newlyweds. The petitioners are living at 810, D-Block, Mangolpuri Delhi and at B-1-B, Avantika Enclave, Rohini, Sector-2, Delhi. In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the petition. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn. NAJMI WAZIRI, J.
